Living Well Apartments is located in Downtown Luverne at the corner of Cedar and Lincoln streets, just a block off of Main Street. Within two blocks is WildFlowers Coffee Boutique, Power Fitness, Teal's Market, Minnesota West Community and Technical College, City Hall, Luverne Lanes bowling alley, Pizza Ranch, Sterling's Restaurant, Ace Hardware, The Palace Theatre and lots of shops. The Rock County Library is three blocks west of the apartment building and has complimentary internet access.

Second floor two bedroom, one bathroom corner apartment. Large L-shaped living room. 5' x 9' storage room off of the living room with shelves and closet bar. Master bedroom is 11' x 16' and has a large 11' closet. The smaller bedroom is 10' x 15' and has a built in vanity with two smaller closets on either side. The bathroom is narrow with a tub shower and two closets. The kitchen includes a tile back splash, refrigerator, electric stove and room for a small table and chairs. Electric forced air heat and a single in-wall air conditioner in the master bedroom. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted, the kitchen has laminate flooring and there's vinyl in the storage room and bathroom.

Monthly rent is $1000 per month utilities included or $700 per month plus utilities. If you choose to pay your own utilities, expect the utility cost to range from $175 to $275 per month. Utilities are through the City of Luverne and include electricity, water, sewer, trash and recycling pickup. The city also requires $427 utility deposit due prior to occupancy.

The bedroom is carpeted, has wall sconces for lighting and a surprisingly large closet. The galley-style kitchen has vintage cupboards, electric range, refrigerator and stainless steel sink. Just off the kitchen is a very large pantry with built-in shelving and a skylight. The bedrooms have hardwood floors. The master bedroom is 11x15 with a 6' closet. The second bedroom is 9x11 with two small closets. The third room is small (7x11), has a 4’ closet.
The bathroom is small. It has a new tub shower and the same fun black and white vinyl that's in the kitchen. There's a small linen closet just outside the bathroom. A single built-in air conditioner is centrally located in the dining room. Tenant pays utilities. Electric forced air heat.
