Living Well Apartments is located in Downtown Luverne at the corner of Cedar and Lincoln streets, just a block off of Main Street. Within two blocks is WildFlowers Coffee Boutique, Sunshine Foods, Minnesota West Community and Technical College, City Hall, Luverne Lanes bowling alley, Pizza Ranch, Revel Restaurant, Ace Hardware, The Palace Theatre and lots of shops. The Rock County Library is three blocks west of the apartment building and has complimentary internet access.

The bedrooms have hardwood floors. The master bedroom is 11x15 with a 6' closet. The second bedroom is 9x11 with two small closets. The third room is small (7x11), has a 4’ closet.
The bathroom is small. It has a new tub shower and the same fun black and white vinyl that's in the kitchen. There's a small linen closet just outside the bathroom. A single built-in air conditioner is centrally located in the dining room. Tenant pays utilities. Electric forced air heat.

Studio apartment in downtown Luverne, MN. Just four minutes from I-90 and one block from Main Street, this vintage studio apartment offers style and charm and is perfect for extended stays in the Luverne area.

The compact bathroom has a shower and all linens. There’s a glass-topped table and four chairs in the dining room. The “bedroom” has a queen bed and the living room has a day bed with two twin mattresses. There are also two chairs, a coffee table and a small television in the living room. The TV gets over the air channels and also has a Google Chromecast making it possible to “cast” content from your phone to the TV. Wifi included.

First floor one-bedroom apartment. The spacious kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, stove and microwave and is open to the living room. There's a 5x7 walk in closet off the living room. The bathroom has a tub shower and across the hallway there's a small linen closet. The spacious bedroom has two closets. The apartment is has  forced air heat and an in-wall air conditioner.

The fine print

  • No pets.
  • No smoking.
  • Tenant is responsible for all City of Luverne utilities including electric, water, sewer, trash and recycling pickup.
  • Monthly utility cost ranges from $105 to $265 and average $185 per month.
  • City of Luverne utility deposit of $438 is required prior to tenancy. The deposit is refunded from the city at the end of tenancy if the account is paid in full.
  • One off-street parking spot.
  • Coin operated laundry in building.
  • One year lease preferred but negotiable.
